Hoops N Dreams No Refund Policy

 

Hoops N Dreams maintains a strict no-refund policy.

In the event of game cancellations or forfeits not caused by Hoops N Dreams, its organizers, or staff, refunds will not be provided.

 

If Hoops N Dreams is required to close due to COVID-19 or any global pandemic, all fees paid are non-refundable. Additionally, any processing fees paid will not be refunded, as these fees are directly paid to third-party companies handling our online payment transactions.

 

Hoops N Dreams reserves the right to review and consider any requests for credit transfers. If a credit transfer is approved, the following fees will apply based on the date the request is received:

• Before the registration deadline: $10 fee
• After the mandatory skill evaluation date: $20 fee
• After teams have been formed: $30 fee

Once the practice or season has begun, no transfer requests will be accepted.

Please note that transfer requests will not be granted based on coach or player preferences, or specific practice dates and times, as these cannot be guaranteed.

 

In exceptional cases of unforeseen circumstances not covered above, a refund may be considered, subject to a $55 administrative fee per registration. Each case will be reviewed individually.
